Kevyn Horton has over 8 years of hands-on construction experience, including estimating, CAD design, and quality control inspections on numerous projects. His broad range of experience gives a critical view of integration issues which are at the heart of most construction defects. His experience includes the following:

• Project manager for residential construction projects, including new custom homes in Southern California
• Quality control inspector for new home home developments throughout Southern California
• Construction Defect inspector for several litigated cases, including Plaintiff and Defense
• Assisted in destructive testing protocols for several litigated cases
• Designed trial presentations for successful trial testimonies
• Assisted attorney in writing closing arguments and designing a powerpoint presentation for trial
• Designed and drafted repair details for multiple projects
• CAD expert in Vectorworks®, MAC based drafting software
• Involved in plan review and consultation of roofing and waterproofing for a 60-story mixed use building in New York
• Generated cost-of-repair estimates for construction defect cases of up to $3 million
• Generated construction estimates for all phases of new construction projects
